Holy, Holy, Holy Mole, Guacamole!

A wonderful evening at the Catholic Information Center exploring the spirituality of the indigenous people of Mexico along with the role corn has played in pre- and post Colombian survival.  Participants learned to make authentic tamales in steamed corn husks.
