Kathleen Marmon is a certified Health and Life Coach and a parishioner at Cathedral of St. Andrew. After twenty years in law, Kathy decided to pursue her passion of helping others seek overall ‘good health’, both physically and spiritually. She enjoys being active, like running, swimming and biking, but she truly enjoys helping others invest in themselves to become the best version of themselves.
