In this presentation we will take a closer look at the epidemic of mass killings from the perspectives of religion, psychology and sociology. What is developing in our culture today that promotes such unexplainable violence? What can we learn from these tragedies? A “mass-shooting” is defined as the shooting of at least 4 people, not including the shooter. There have been 1,516 mass shootings in the past 4.7 years! What’s going on?
