The gospels do not record a single word that Saint Joseph ever spoke, but if actions speak louder than words, then his life shouts faith and faithfulness.  In this talk, we will explore how the silent Joseph — husband and father, worker and dreamer, courageous defender of his family — speaks loudly and eloquently to us.

Father Steve Cron is a priest of the Diocese of Grand Rapids, now retired, and most recently served as pastor of St. Joseph the Worker parish in Wyoming. A true Tigers fan, Father Steve has also served as the team captain for the Annual Let’s Go to Bat for Kids, Catholic Charities All-Stars Baseball Game.  Like Saint Joseph, Fr. Steve is an adoptive father. He has two sons, 13 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
