Lent is a time when Christians practice a variety of spiritual disciplines, such as giving up or abstaining from a certain food, social media, or behavior. And of course, there are the traditional Lenten practices of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. But after Lent? Discover how the daily practice of listening prayer, based on the Examen as taught and inspired by Saint Ignatius of Loyola, can become a spiritual discipline year-round.
