This centuries old devotion has guided christians to be present with Jesus in his final moments. A common Lenten practice, we may take for granted the power that it contains. In this talk we will explore how the Stations of the Cross continue to be relevant today especially when they are imagined through Jesus’ point of view.
James A. Márquez is a seminarian with the Paulist Fathers. Born and raised in sunny Los Angeles, he met the Paulists at UCLA. Prior to joining the seminary he was a Catholic high school teacher. He enjoys playing table tennis and learning foreign languages.
