Trauma in the Body of Christ

In his healings Jesus often asked those he encountered, “What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus is still asking that question of us today. In our daily living we encounter so many stressors, wounds, and sorrows from culture at large, as well as within the Church. You are invited to explore your individual answer to this question through reflection on the Paschal Mystery, engage with emerging trauma trends, and prayerful contemplation of your lived reality.

Cami Mann – In addition to her training as a spiritual director, Cami has received training in trauma, breathwork, and somatic practices for trauma release. She offers traditional spiritual direction as well as embodiment practices that invite those she sits with to encounter loving God with their whole heart, mind, strength, and soul, love themselves, and in turn, love their neighbors.
