Learning to Communicate Without Violence and Judgment

Fr. Joachim Lally, CSP presents on the Non-Violent Communication skills of Dr. Marshall Rosenberg. This better way of communication eliminates the kinds of phrases and words that provoke and alienate rather than bring about resolution to conflict….and offers alternative communication skills that are of practical use in our everyday lives and relationships. Effectively putting these skills into practice can bring about external and internal peace. These skills are especially important in these times of great polarization.
